All the files offered by Impact Net are created through an opt-in collection and are French-law abiding ones. All the Impact Net French files are also registered at the CNIL.

What is opt-in ?

" It is a formal consent of the user, that is to say a clear one, to receive electronic messages from his/her own Internet network or from authorized third parties. The Internet user must click in a case which authorizes the Internet provider or third parties to send him/her offers. The conditions of using of the datas must be specified, as well as the eventuality of rectifying or deleting personal datas. The consent can be an overall one or focused on the hobbies chosen by the Internet user.
